To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Authorized Use

You agree to use SynaptikFlow services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or entity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or destructive code

Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days' written notice. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to SynaptikFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
